"From either 1967 or 1968 and the donation from Rockefeller was for an above ground pool that was built at Massaro Park in North Elmsford on Payne Street. The Town of Greenburgh eventually sponsored a "Learn to Swim" program at the park for children of North Elmsford. The pool was named the "Mary R. Williams Pool." - desc from Richard D. Williams
